Can you believe it’s July?! I’m slightly depressed because time is moving way too fast! I know when it’s time to head back to school I’ll be ready, but for now I”m just getting in the habit of sleeping in past 7! Since it’s the first of the month, I’m linking up with Farley over at Oh’ Boy 4th Grade for her Currently linky!
Here’s what I’m “currently” up to!
I am obsessed with Rachel Platten’s song “Fight Song”! It’s one of those empowering songs that just gets me all amped up and ready to take on anything. I’m a sucker for girl power songs! 🙂
We had 20 days straight of rain in Columbus. Today has been just beautiful! I can’t even explain how happy the sunshine makes me. Obviously, I’ve been outside soaking it up all day!
I’m a pretty organized person who likes to plan things out really well. However, I’m struggling to get myself organized for my Vegas trip for the TPT conference. It’s not because I’m not excited. I am so looking forward to this trip. I think it’s because by the time I get back, July is going to be almost half over…and I’m just not ready. I want to soak up as much summer as I can!
We are adding on to our school and I am going to be moving into a brand new kindergarten classroom this year. Obviously, I’m excited. Except that the completion date has been changed quite a few times. My classroom belongings are just hanging out in the filthy hallway…
It’s killing me not be in there.
However, I know that it’s probably best and I just need to enjoy this time away.
It’s just tough!!
In my defense, I already started cleaning my windows once and then…
the rain came….
like 20 mins. after I was done…
It’s fine, it’s fine…
not a big deal.
I’m totally lying, it’s driving me crazy! But who wants to wash windows twice.
Not this girl.
I’m an all star Helper!
I love to help others.
It can be classroom related, or home decor related…really anything.
Or maybe I’m not that helpful and just like to give my opinion 😉
That could totally be it too!
Thanks for reading!
I hope you have a fabulous evening and ENJOY the sunshine if it’s shining bright near you!
